Request data deletion
Deletion is explicit, verified, and handled by email until an in-app flow ships.
What deletion does
Emailing us from the address you used for your assessment lets us verify it's you and erase your linked identity, attempts, answers, reports, exports, device tokens, and preferences. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days.
A narrow accounting exception
A minimal purchase-transaction record is kept for as long as required for store and legal accounting, even after deletion. It cannot be used to reconstruct you or your survey responses.
Before you submit a request
Do not include survey answers, report content, verification codes, or other sensitive data in your email — support only needs the address linked to your assessment to verify and act on the request.
