Request data deletion
Deletion should be explicit, verified, and understandable. The final flow will be available in the app before launch.
What deletion is intended to do
The released app will let a verified respondent request erasure of their user-linked identity, attempts, answers, reports, device tokens, preferences, and exports.
A narrow accounting exception
The final notice will explain any minimal transaction record that must remain for store or legal accounting, and why it cannot be used to reconstruct a person or their survey responses.
Before you submit a request
Do not email survey answers, report content, verification codes, or other sensitive data. Use the in-app flow when it is available; support can explain the route without asking for the content of your responses.
